30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your slippers!
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@smileyslippers.co.uk.
We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label if your request is approved.
Important Notes:
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your refund is approved, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item(s) so we can resolve it quickly.
Depending on the situation, we’ll offer either a replacement or a full refund.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please first contact your local carrier to confirm delivery.
Then reach out to us for further assistance.
Order Cancellations
Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it — as long as it hasn’t shipped yet — for a full refund.
Simply email support@smileyslippers.co.uk and include your order number.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 10–12 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect (including wrong size).

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

Decline returns that are used, damaged, laundered, or incomplete.

Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees.
