Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Tracked Shipping on all orders.
If you’d like faster or insured delivery, you can choose from the following options at checkout:

Processing Time
All orders are processed, verified, quality-checked, and packaged within 1–3 business days.
During high-volume periods (such as holidays or sales), processing times may be extended slightly.
If there’s a significant delay, we’ll notify you by email.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
If your tracking link doesn’t update within 48 hours, don’t worry — sometimes carriers take a day or two to register shipments.
If it still doesn’t update, please email support@smileyslippers.co.uk, and we’ll investigate for you right away.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@smileyslippers.co.uk.
We process orders quickly, so the window to edit your address is time-sensitive.
If your order has already shipped, we unfortunately cannot change the address.
In some cases, you may be able to reroute or hold your package via the carrier (fees may apply, and we’re not responsible for these charges).
Holiday Shipping Notice
During the holiday season, couriers experience increased shipping volumes, which can lead to minor delivery delays.
We recommend placing orders early to ensure on-time delivery.
